Default Windshield protection film

Is there any Windshield protection film that can be applied? Maybe a coat like opti-coat?

Optimum Polymer Technologies also has a product specifically formulated for glass. It is called Opti-Glass.

Product Review

In the future, you could post these types of questions in the Club Lexus Detailing Forum for quicker responses and more information.

Cheap option: Rain-x.
More durable and expensive option: G-techniq G5.

I've seen places installing windshield protection film like this: http://www.ultimateshield.com/windshield-protection.php
But haven't had any personal experience with it.

There are at least two windshield protection films available. One of them is called ClearPlex and the other one I forgot the name.

But I don't have personal experience with it. Both products are based in US and so you should have a higher chance to find an installer who carries it.

The Opti-glass is silica based and it is not as effective as actual film since those coating can only claim at most 9H pencil hardness and is not good enough to sustain big stone chips.

If going for coating for the glass, CarPro and a few companies such as Polish Angel also offer similar coatings as what Optimum Polymer Technologies does.
