I received a 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey from Maritz Research. Is this something that everybody gets? I can't remember if I received one with previous new cars. It looks like it is gonna be pretty time consuming.
With this survey, the Lexus survey and Lexus Advisory Board invite I'm almost starting to feel important.

 

Not that I want one or have something great to say about my experience buying Lexus but I didn't even get a survey from Lexus.

 

I never received a new buyer survey from Lexus. However, I did receive an invitation to join the LAB and a survey from Maritz Research. You can complete the Maritz survey on-line. It takes about 10 minutes.

 

I got one too. I forgot who it was from though. Lol, I just threw it away. Way too many questions! haha
