Just upgraded my husband's phone to Samsung Convoy 3, and there is some kind of conflict.
When connected, it shows many repetitive contacts, and when the car is shut off, the phone locks-up and we must remove then replace the battery to get the phone working again.

I know there have been various problems with some phones, and the website doesn't seem to show newer model compatibility tests. (It tests the Convoy 2, but not the 3) Have been waiting for Lexus to return my call, but

does anyone know if there is a fix for this, or does he just have to returned this phone?

this sucks, because the Convoy 3 is really a good fit for him.

 

When I had my HTC one phone I had all kinds of issues connecting to the car. Once I started using iphone everything works.
