I was curious, with people buying the underpowered 250 when it costs virtually the same as the 350, would you buy a 150 if there was one and it cost about the same as a 250/350?
That was my response when I saw people paying $45k for IS250's so it got me wondering, would they also pay the same for a car with 100 less HP than the 250?
I think the appeal of the 250, to most buyers, is they can use that $4,000 they save by opting for the lesser engine to option out the rest of the car. That's about 10% price difference between the two models with identical options.
