Try this. Not sure about accuracy. But it is a source.

Not very accurate at all.

Try:

http://forums.edmunds.com/discussion...e-questions/p2

or

http://www.ridewithg.com/lexus-lease-rates/

I haven't been able to verify the residual for March, but for 36 months it was around 62% for 15K miles. I think it might be a tick or two points lower to around 60% or even lower now. 12K miles will be 2% points higher than 15K miles. The MF for tier 1 is .00085 which is really low.

I'm pretty sure it's.

62% for 36
72% for 24
70% for 27

all at 15k per month

MF is .00085

Let me know if I am correct, I will be leasing myself at the end of the month or next month.

EDIT: there are is250 numbers. 350s are usually 1% less.

Your last couple of words say it all. If you qualify, they can back you into anything. Asking for a monthly payment number, is the dealership trying to see how much they can make off of you.

Residual can change based on features, for example nav or no nav.

The admin at the Edmunds forum posts it regularly. I think crazych already posted the link.
