I just filled out my new car survey sent from Lexus HQ. I noted all issues with 3ISFsport that myself and a lot of others are facing. Nav/radio freezing, rebooting. Weak heated seat (mine is passenger only).

Also noted lack of more luxury options on US Fsport - auto wipers, memory seats, electronic tilt, power fold/tilt mirrors. Inferior audio system. Lack of fog lights.

I will update this once I hear back, or conversely if I never hear back at all.

 

Put lack of power on mine, staggered wheel fitment promoting understeer...doubt I'll hear jack sheeeet. Can't help the first one but 245/40/18 all around will fix the second one.

 

It's the type of survey where they either never answer back, or send a generic "thank you for your opinion, we value [yada yada yada] and will take it into consideration [yada yada yada]".

 

Uh, highly unlikely you will hear anything back. If anything, Aeromotive hit it on the head. Plenty of yada yada. Followed by, your response makes the next generation of cars better. So rush right out to the dealer for a freshened model!
