Default 2014 IS 250 leasing question

Lexus has an offer for lease on the 2014 IS250. This will be my first time leasing a car and was wondering if this was a good deal. Also, how much should I expect from official fees and dealer charges? Sales tax here is 9%. Could I negotiate for a better deal?

Thank you

2014 IS 250
MSRP of $38,502 including delivery, processing and handling.
$349 per month
27 months
$1,999 due at signing.
Excludes official fees, taxes and dealer charges. No security deposit required. 10,000 mile/year limit.

To find out if you're getting a good deal, ask for your MF, residual, and sales price. The numbers here don't really tell us how much you're paying.

Just to give you an idea:

I leased a 3IS 250 RWD (non F) Starfire Pearl/Flaxen nuluxe with Navi/Premium/Accessory packages, blind-spot, and 18's for $247 a month on a 27 month lease with $2,000 down. Total cost included all fees. Montly includes taxes.

MSRP $41,858
Negotiated cost $36,600
RV 74%
MF 0.0011

This was in LA

Pulled the trigger on a pretty good deal at a different dealer. They were more honest than Cerritos.

MSRP:* $41,922
Selling price:* $37,600
Money factor:* 0.00085

-27 months
-10,000 miles/year
-$2,000 all fees and taxes included
-$304/month tax included
Residual:* 73% of MSRP

For that MSRP, I am thinking he got the same options I have, since it is less than $100 difference. I have Navi/Premium/Accessory packages, blind-spot, and 18's.

xenojoey, that is a good MF! That is equal to 2.04 APR.....
That deal from Cerritos was pretty crappy, and the #'s didn't match the monthly. Good you walked away from that one!

Awesome Money Factor, how did you do that? I thought the lowest was .001. Did you do anything to get it lower (MSDs?).

Thank you. I based my negotiations on the info you gave me. I tried to negotiate as close to what you got as possible. You've been a big help!

I got a couple quotes from lexus dealers in my area and asked each of them for their BEST offer and if it's good, I will come sign today based on the $41,858 MSRP. I asked them to include Residual and MF and to be thorough. I got one bad offer and two good offers. I negotiated using those two good offers to get what I wanted.

I was offered this:

MSRP:* $41,922
Selling price:* $37,600
Money factor:* 0.00085

-27 months
-10,000 miles/year
-$2,000 down
-$299/month + tax
Residual:* 73% of MSRP

and negotiated it to 304/month with taxes included with $2000 down including all fees.

When I got to the dealership, they had it all ready for me. I went through it and everything was what we agreed on. No funny business. I was in and out in about an hour after all the paperwork with my new car

Congrats on getting a new vehicle.
I wonder how much more it would be for 15k miles per year.
