I'm thinking of getting the grille surrounding for my Ultra White 250.

Should I get the Ultra White color to blend in the car or the Obsidian to match with the grille?

 

I would go with Obsidian or a really dark gray (the grill is not really black but like charcoal) to make the grill look slightly bigger and will highlight the top line and corners better on the hood/bumper = more aggressive IMO.

 

If i could learn how to take mine off i'd just plastidip it to blend it in with my obsidian

 

if this is possible, then there must be a way to remove the chrome piece of the grill hmmmmmmm

 

Or, is it nothing more than a ABS type of material that overlays the original, with 3M adhesive?

 

probably it's just a thin ABS overlays, but I haven't seen anyone has it yet.

 

might be cheaper for you to have the chrome part vinyl wrapped

I emailed Sewell and they responded saying that it is a complete replacement. The chrome comes off and the color is installed. Interested to see how that install works
