Default 1 Second Blue Screen After Flooring the Car?!?!?

I know some if us has bad navigation issues with delays, frozen screens, and the ultimate blue screen of death. My IS350 F Sport has about 600 miles on it. I've been babying it, driving mostly in Eco mode and every now and then in normal mode, mixed hw and city driving. I've only floored twice no more than up to 5k rpm. Tonight, I floored it up to 5k, gears 1-3. What's weird is I noticed a few minutes after, there was a small flicker and the nav screen turned blue for a brief second then back to the map. 5-10 mins past and it happened a second time. Just wondering if anyone has experienced something like this after some slight heavy acceleration?

Interesting concept that when flooring it you get a blue flicker of the nav. However there are a lot of us also experiencing this issue:
