they talk primarily about sealants. they mention EXTERNALLY applied plugs without the tire taken off the rim and not looking for internal damage. if a tire is plugged and there isnt any internal damage its a permanent solution.

Got it done a little while ago.. ended up doing it myself...

Local shop charges $10, I bought the kit for 9ish and some elbow grease, and gained some edjumakashun.

Although during the process of pushing in the tire stick, it said not to twist and pull out the tool on the process of taking it out. I did that... I hope it's still okay
