what kind of mod did he install And can it be done on 3IS exhaust ?

While I think it sounds good. It doesn't sound like an LFA. Oh I love that sweet sound.

Yeah def not LFA sound its way high pitched than that. Nice sound though.

I don't think it sounds anything like the Lexus LFA. LFA is way too high pitched.
LFA is a V10 with a 9500 rpm rev limit so the IS would not sound anything close to the LFA due to the differences in the engine

Sounds nothing like LFA. I don't think you've heard of LFA in person, it's a lot more high pitch very close to F1 sound.
