Default Tein STech Springs or Radar Detector??

Decisions Decisions....

Birthday is at the end of this month and I dont know which item to get myself. Springs sound good but radar may be a smarter purchase.

Anyone have an opinion?

I cant drop the dough on coils...lowering springs are more practical i guess. I feel like if i get coilovers Im going to adjust them once and then never touch them again. Is it worth it in that case?

Looking cool is better than speeding ... Get caught / pulled over with a detector while speeding or some other infraction = no mercy. / chance of the officer cutting u a break. Having the detector sends a message about you ( unless you are planning on big bucks for a hidden / stealth detector). Decision is easy. :-)

Of course it's worth it.

The difference of a spring is a set height, and soft suspension(due to it being progressive). Coilover's are customized from ride height to dampening. Even if you set it just once, it will be the way YOU like it.

Although it's a matter of your needs and wants.

RSR Sport i coils ftw

This is a tough one.... Any high quality detector is going to be beyond spring budget, but if you might possibly purchase coilovers down the line, do you really want to buy springs, only to replace them?

If you aren't looking to buy coils down the line, go with the springs.
