I used these throughout the car - Autozone $10.. it's an Osram bulb.
Yes you broke the light - so did everyone I spoke to when they removed it...
Good news - it's not $30 - register with Sewell Lexus on-line using CL and you will be entitled to discounts which are pretty good. just a quick glance - Sewell reg. price is $19.00 You can also shop at Toyota as they use the same lamp and no doubt would be less than a Lexus dealer.

Also, do you happen to know which Toyota car may have the same trunk light cover?
I'm assuming a Camry or avalon will have it.
