Cold start - Engine block heater

Cold start - Engine block heater
Has anyone done this on their 3IS yet? Is there even a hole in the block for a heater element?
Maybe a Lexus/Toyota parts person can shed some light.

I have one installed on my 300h. Had it installed one month after I picked up the car from the dealer.

it's required in Canada if vehicle is leased.
