Sorry about the poor quality of the picture, but was in Vegas last week and the 3D Nav on the strip is cool. I love how all of the buildings look true to real life. Even the unfinished buildings (metal frames) at the end of the strip show up in 3D as gray 3D boxes.
Looks like a 3IS interior to me. I've seen a few 3D buildings when navigating around DC, but not many. They actually kind of get in the way of road names on the map, which can be pretty annoying!

Was surprised at the scan lines in the photo.
You saw a scan line is because the nav screen is still using cheap VGA... one of the biggest disappointment of the car is that nav, they have space to put a bigger one, but they didn't.
I think they are afraid that if put a bigger screen no one will get the GS
PS: I work on the strip, that's the last place I would want to drive to LOL
