Anyone have issue with the navigation system not recognizing towns?

Tried to enter an address on Red Hook Court in Dix Hills, New York this past weekend and it wouldn’t take, as it was not recognizing the town Dix Hills (which is the actual name of the town) and when I try starting by the street name, it would return results, but none of which were in Dix Hills. As a work around, I used Destination Assist for the first time and they sent the correct address to the car. My navigation map region is set correctly. Thoughts?

Thanks.

Yes, my software is up-to-date.

Called Customer Support, which said Dix Hills, New York is a "Census Designated Place" and that the map data does not have same!?

Also had this very annoying issue earlier today where the navigation system didn’t give me the exit number of the exit it was asking me to take. It’s given exit numbers in the past, but not sure why it didn’t for this exit. Anyone else experience same for certain exits? And, yes, the exit had an exit number...

Same issue in Canada (not recognizing towns and correct directions). I would be interested if you could take a picture of your Nav screen showing the information for HDD, SD and software version. I will send pictures of mine for comparison. Thanks
