Pause in Dialing
Has anyone gotten the 'p' in a phone number to pause before sending tones (e.g. a voice mail password)? In my case, the number in my phone contacts has a 'p' in it, but when the contact transfers to the car phone book, it changes the 'p' to 'w'. This causes the dialing to stop until you press the "Send Tones" button on the screen.
According to the manual, a "p" should pause for a second and then send the tones without another button press.
I searched the Internet for this issue and found it reported by a Lexus owner in 2006! Hard to believe it still doesn't work.
