satellite radio for Canada
I'll be picking up my car in a week or so. I was curious about the satellite radio subscription (Canadian car). How is this working, I understand the first year is free then I need to subscribe after that if I want to continue recieving satellite radio? Is this correct, if so how much is a typical subscribtion? Not sure if it matters but I bought an IS 250 F sport with ML.

ML or premium sound system, no difference on subscription. From my recent purchases (the '11 CT, and '13 RX), it's 90 days of free service of SiriusXM, and prior to the expiration, SiriusXM will send you a renewal notice in the mail for around 180$ or so for the year (it was around 15$/month) . If interested in the service, don't sign yet. Wait it out just a little and a month or two later they will send you a renewal offer for half price. You can also try calling them requesting the half price when you get your first renewal. Good luck and enjoy your new IS!
