Agreed. Reminds of the BMW 6-series

Agreed. Side rear window, roof too soft, round and bulbous.

Despite the critique, it's just a rendering and I know Lexus will have a head-turning RC in real life.

I found my moving buddy.

I guess I'm waiting for RC FSport. Can't afford the RC F but a FSport should be pretty exciting.

QUITE impressive if that's it! The new engines are worth it alone. Odd theough, they rent back to 2006 for the rims. The 2IS must have really been ahead of it's time. ; )

100k for a 455hp rcf coupe? That's insane. I'd much rather have a z06 vette for well under 100k. At the 100k range your getting into used gallardo/f430 range.

Digging into this a little more, it may be that MotorTrend mis-calculated the currency conversion and the expectation is a more realistic ~70K start. New M4 slated around ~80K and Lexus has always undercut the Germans on pricing.

Interesting to note the hood and some other panels and interior bits will be made of carbon fiber from the same world-exclusive machinery, location, and master craftsmen the LFA was made from. Nice DNA transfer!

Actually, this one is based on the LF-LC concept (future SC replacement...) whereas the RC is based on the LF-CC.

its going to have a lot of CF components like the LFA. The F sounds like its just going to be a mini LFA

Not sure how many people would be willing to drop >100k on a car only to have 40k variants all over the road...

It is not $100k. They did not convert the price to USD.

Did they convert to USD when they said it would start at $40k?

I'm pretty sure they converted it which is why it says it starts at 40 and gets up to 100.
