Excessive brake dust
even though its for an 06 IS350, teh calipers are the same. I took my low dust pads from my 06 and put them in the 14
Some users said the regular Lexus pads have less bite F-sport pads and IMO the F-sport pads do not perform well even on street.
The F-sport pads have a stock initial bite and the it feels kind of loosen up.
I like something more linear.
Back in the day when i had my 2008 Subaru STi, i had upgraded my brake pads to the Type NS pad from Project Mu. The pads were great. They performed way better than the factory pad and had very little brake dust from them.
As you may or may not know, Project Mu is one of the top Japanese brake manufacturers. They have amazing products and applications for almost any needs you may have.
I've been in contact with Project Mu regarding the Type NS pads for our cars. They have just completed a few sets and are shipping them to the US. I have a set coming for my car and will post up review once i have them on for a few days. The pads are due to arrive towards the end of this month. If they perform like a remember, i think this will be a great option for us.
They are sending both IS250 and IS350 applications.
Be sure to keep an eye out for a thread once i am able to review them.

No more dust with better bites comparing to OEM, very happy with the results.
Total cost is about $170...

IMO its pretty expensive for street pads.
EBC Red Stuff has higher coefficient of friction at 0.5
Stoptech Super Street has coefficient of fraction at 0.49.
These are some pads worth look into as well.

i did use them on my lexus
a lot of dust on my wheel
they make a lot of noise
i have the centric rights now and they way cheaper and bite better with no dust at all
Akebono ceramic pads are excellent; zero dust and only $50.
Everything else is overpriced and unnecessary unless you track the car.
