Hi Integress, does your car have that batman figure on the dashboard? I saw it earlier at lexus pursuit......

Oh okay, so theoretically a dealer would have the same access and be able to provide the same type of updates if you're just a regular customer, right?

Yes sir, in theory I would believe the dealer should be able to see the same types of updates. If not, I would think they could contact their Region rep and ask.
