IS 350 Check Vsc Problem

IS 350 Check Vsc Problem
I changed my muffler yesterday and got a problem my engine died while driving in the fway and engine light , warning light ,check VSC turned on then i parked on the side i turned the ignition and it started again and the warning check vsc still was on. Any suggestions on why that happened? Thanks
