Really interested in seeing that two piece headlight design. The gauges are dope though I know that.

Interior so far looks great! I'll reserve judgment after seeing the final version.

I know. My Lexus ownership days may be numbered. :\ I seriously doubt the 3IS will have an MT, but a man can dream. (Potentially dream, I don't know if I even like the car yet, lol).

One of my friend has it on his 2Gen JDM IS350.
Yes, I had previously contacted SARD about getting their IS350 ECU, but the one of their kit is based on a Japanese ECU that will likely not work in a North American car.

But this is all still speaking of the 2IS, the 3IS will have all sorts of other challenges once it comes out as well, and SARD uses a number of OEM parts in their MT kit that simply won't exist for the 3IS if it doesn't come manual from the factory (pedals, trim pieces, shifter, etc., etc.).

According to Car and Driver, the Manual gearbox is dead. Also no Hybrid in North America. Sweet looking ride.

While I agree with them, and they're probably right, they're not always right, especially ahead of a release. So take any information magazines release ahead of time with a grain of salt.

Guess since the IS is Lexus most fun to drive affordable vehicle, makes sense that it comes with the LFA style guages and the LS-Fsport and the GS-Fsport doesnt offer it because they are more luxury focused?

Hope they offer more choices in interior leather colors and trimmings.

Time to retrofit the gauge cluster! Curious to see if we can do face lifts on the car. Maybe new fenders good and front bumper. Very common thing to do in the benz scene.

Only F-Sport models come with LFA style gauges. Normal models with have standard electroluminescent speedo/tach

If you want a manual, I would look elsewhere. Lexus's manual transmission isn't that great.
