2026 Rear View Mirror Pinout
My son just got a 2026 IS and I have to install a dash cam and radar detector in it. I am hoping to get ignition 12v and ground from the rear view mirror.
I found this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ew-mirror.html and was wondering if this still applies to the 2026. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I just connected mine last night. You take off the entire cover and its on the left side.
I found the info below in this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-tap-help.html
"For the 2021 IS350 mirror, the wire colors are as follows:
Pin 1 - Pink (Ignition Power)
Pin 2 - White with Black stripe (Ground)
Pin 6 - Light Green (Battery Power)
Note: Pin 4 is also Light Green, and Pin 5 is White"
I also ordered the part from this link: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ew-mirror.html
However, the easy clip part of this kit does not work on the 2026 as the kit includes a 12-pin, and the 2026 seems to have a 10-pin. I had to use the tapping parts that are included. The good thing is that it comes with a small volt meter so you can get everything setup and make sure its tapping the correct wires properly very easily.
Hope this helps!
