2017 IS300H Triple-beam LEDs versus Stanard LEDs
Hello!
Apologies in advance if this has been asked before in the past, but I am unable to find a post that has the answer I am looking for.
I am looking at purchasing a 2017+ Lexus IS300H here in the UK, and I've come to realise there are 2 variants of the LED headlights: a single projector unit and a triple-projector unit. How well do the triple-projector units perform? Are they bright enough for dark rural roads or are they really as poor as people say? Headlight quality matters a lot to me due to where I live and because I often drive at night.
TIA

Our IS350 has the triple beam headlights. In my opinion, they're nice. I will say, Lexus does have them aimed very low from the factory. I spent some time aiming them up a bit to gain down road visibility. After adjusting them the performance is more than adequate. I also spend time commuting on dark two lane roads. The beam width is quite good as well. Being that you're in the UK, they may come aimed differently since I assume you guys have different lighting regulations. I 100% believe a lot of the online complaints about the triple beams is because of how low Lexus aims them.
