Odd issue with the IS 350 2019
Hello my follow Lexonians, A few days ago turning left into a parking lot I was going faster than I should and scraped the front underside on a rather steep incline
into the lot (which I didn't see nor expect).
I didn't notice anything weird until a few days later. Now when I steer the vehicle at very low speeds I'm hearing a whining
or sort of humming sound coming from the steering wheel. I have an appointment with Lexus service, but it's like two weeks out,
and am worried about what this could be.
How could scraping the bottom front affect the steering wheel? The car (at least at this point) appears to be steering normally etc.
Has anyone run into this? I've scraped the bottom front before (as everyone has, as the car is so low),
but this time I was going faster and it made a louder noise.
Thanks to anyone who wishes to comment,
John
