Default Roadtop version

Guys, I have the roadtop carplay box for years and after I asked the seller for latest version of the firmware, I get the latest version "LR179". Wanna ask if it's necessary to update to the latest or just stick with what's working? My car is 2016 IS200t and has been using the roadtop module for years already without any major issue, just wondering whether it is worth it to update, thanks. I attach a shot of my currently installed version which is just at LR176.

There’s the old saying “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “.
(Corollary to the MS mantra: “If it ain’t broke, we’ll break it”.)

Reach out to them and ask what’s changed in those versions later than your installed version.
