Differences between Lexus IS 2022-2024?
Across those model years, there were mostly minor trim and equipment changes, with the biggest being the F Sport switchup.
The rear sunshade was introduced as an option for 2022, and the IS 350 also got the option of a Memory Package (for memory seats). Also, IS 300 models got access to a Comfort package including intermittent rain-sensing wipers and the same Homelink auto-dimming mirror as higher trims.
2023 is when the IS 350 F Sport trims got heavily changed-up. We got the F Sport Design and F Sport Handling grades to replace the old F Sport trim. Then, in 2024, the IS 300 got access to those same F Sport trims.
Of course, 2025 is the year of the power-folding mirrors.
Also, the BBS wheels got redesigned.

If you search up "Lexus IS press release <insert model year>" and click on the US sites, you can see the differences between the model years. The sweet spot is probably 2023 - 2024, if you get the package with the 19" forged BBS wheels (each wheel is $2k ~ $2.5k), triple beam headlights and Mark Levinson.
