LSD for 2014+ is250 fsport

I have a 2014 is250 f sport and want to know what lsd I can either swap in or if there is a kit to turn the stock diff into an lsd

The easiest will be to swap the entire differential from something that came with an LSD.

Suggestions listed below are assuming you are in North America.

If you have an AWD, you'll want to get one from an 86/FR-S/BRZ as they had the correct gear ratio to match your front differential (4.10:1):
2013-2016 Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ
2017-2020 Toyota 86 (A/T Only)/Subaru BRZ (A/T Only)
2022-2025 Toyota GR86/Subaru BRZ

If you have a RWD, you can play with different gear ratios. Your car would have originally come with 3.91:1.
3.73:1 - 2002-2005 IS300 M/T (with LSD Option Only): 3.73:1
3.91:1 - 2001-2005 IS300 A/T (with LSD Option Only): 3.91:1
4.10:1 - 2013-2016 Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ, 2017-2020 Toyota 86 (A/T Only)/Subaru BRZ (A/T Only), 2022-2025 Toyota GR86/Subaru BRZ
4.30:1 - 2017-2020 Toyota 86 (M/T Only)/Subaru BRZ (M/T Only)
