Default '25 - is350

Hello all figured I'd put out an ask here as there may be some more clarity or answers that the dealership seemed to be unsure on.

I stopped at a dealership yesterday to see if they could find an IS350 with specs I was looking for, with that they claimed that there was no IS350 in Cloudburst Gray that comes with the red interior and or the blackout package. Is this true, I was pretty certain months ago when I looked I had seen the red interior with that color, however I've never seen the blackout package so wasn't sure on that?

They did claim the 350 was not an official end of production and believed to be a 26 model coming, but they could confirm the 250 and 500 were. I know there seems to be some information from the japan side that all models are going but figured I'd pass this along their 2 cents; though I'm more leaning that the IS is coming to an end.

If they happen to find one I'm looking for then sometime soon I'll be part of the Lexus owner family..

Thanks!

edit: Guess I should highlight the ask was for a Cloudburst Gray F Sport AWD since that may matter on what's available package wise.

I am not sure what to say about specific color and trim options, since Cloudburst Gray with Circuit Red interior should be available - in fact, I personally have seen them many times. It's a popular color combo.

We don't have any official info on 2026 yet for the US market. Though, Lexus Japan has stated that the IS 300h/350/500 will be discontinued in November (i.e., production will end). The 250 has been out of production for years, so I don't know why they'd even mention it. But anyway, yeah you'll just have to follow up with your dealer. It's not currently possible for a customer to order a Lexus from the factory with the exact options they want, so it usually ends up being a waiting game if you want a specific spec. Dealers can trade with one another - in fact, my 2021 IS 350 was a trade from a dealership in Tennessee to my nearby dealership in Georgia. So, they can try and finagle specific cars if they feel the need to. Either way, my advice would be to keep an open mind about the color and trim options you want if you are "in" on an IS 350. If you need it a specific way, you will probably have to shop around or wait.

Did you try the locator on the Lexus website? It will search a 500mi radius based on zip. You can change the zip code to different areas of the country.

Yea oddly enough if I flip to a west coast zip I can find the color combo but in RWD only.

They found 2 in the country but one was already 'sold' and the other waiting on the dealership to get back for a dealer trade but it looked to still be marked for transit later this month so it doesnt seem like its here yet. So if its not spoken for maybe I'll get lucky.. just with black interior which isnt the end of the world.

FWIW, I like the black interior on my IS 500. It was not my first choice, but it goes well with Infrared and hides dirt/dust pretty well. I had a Circuit Red interior on my IS 350 before, and I miss it sometimes. However, I had to have that Infrared on the outside, so my interior options were limited to black or white. I chose black mainly because that's what was available, but I worry that white would have been more difficult to keep nice-looking.

Good luck with the search, btw.

Yea crazy enough months ago when I was looking all I was finding was CBG/Red and I wanted black.. even though it must have been the rwd models. For whatever reason recently the red started growing on me with the CBG. Ether or doesn't really matter it's a 1a 1b thing to me, the white however just seems like a bad idea all around.

I got news today I'm on a waiting list so we will sit back and see what pops up.
