I have 2016 Lexus is200t Fsport

Every time I steer to the left, I hear a buzzing sound like it’s coming from the steering wheel.

When I go back to steering straight or towards the right, the buzzing sound stops.

Also if I have the speakers on, and turn towards the left, the buzzing starts again and there is static in left speakers and then the left speakers go out until I steer straight then they come back on. The right speakers stay on all the time.

Please help. What’s going on with my car???

A little more detail would be helpful, like an audio clip.
Is this turning while driving? At what speed, how sharp of a turn?
How about stationary, turning the steering wheel lock to lock while parked?
Could just be a loose connection.
