Default Thinking of Front Side Splitters...

For those of you that have installed front lips or splitters, I've been thinking about something subtle that would match my CF side mirrors and am not looking for a full front splitter. I came across this "TRD" below item and had a few questions:
  1. If anyone has purchased these before, are these worth it and look good?
  2. I don't think this comes with mounting hardware, just the splitters themselves. What screws (and size) would you recommend? I think there are 3 or 4 pre-drilled holes for each splitter.
  3. Is there anything I need to remove before drilling?
  4. I've never drilled into the bottom of the bumper before; is there wiring or things I need to be concerned about when doing the drilling? Any suggestions? I do have a flexible attachment that goes on a drill so I can do angled drilling without jacking up the car.
  5. I plan to apply VHT tape before drilling and screwing in so it stays in place, but is there anything else that's necessary so these remain secure even at high speeds?
If it helps, I have a black 2018 IS350 F-Sport.

Bumping to the top, if anyone has either installed these exact same splitters or a front lip.
