Default Need help with rims and tires/alignment issues

Hello! I’m currently running 18-inch rims on both the front (225/40) and rear (255/35) of my 2017 IS300, but I’m not a fan of the low-profile tires as they tend to be less reliable and keep popping, especially considering I have a daily commute of about an hour each way. I’m wondering if I can switch to smaller rims with a higher aspect ratio to improve reliability and ride comfort. Ideally, I’d like to keep the overall diameter of the tire close to stock to avoid any issues with speedometer accuracy or clearance. Does anyone have recommendations on what size rims and tires would be best for daily driving, while still maintaining a good balance of comfort and performance?

On another note ive been experiencing ongoing issues with the inside tread of my back tires wearing down prematurely. Initially, I took the car in for an alignment, and everything checked out fine. However, just a couple of months later, I noticed the same wear pattern developing. To address this, I had the shocks, struts, and suspension components replaced, followed by another alignment. This seemed to solve the problem, as the tires remained in good condition for about five months. Recently, though, I noticed the tire pressure on my right rear was low, and upon inspection, I discovered the tread had worn down significantly, even showing the threads. At this point, I'm stumped as to what could be causing this persistent issue, and I’m hoping someone can provide insight into potential causes or solutions.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions! Thank you

The only thing I can think of is spc rear camber arms. These allow you to adjust the camber on the rear. There is no oem adjustment, these are not that expensive and should not cost a lot to have installed.

Going to smaller rims size you got make sure it clear the big brake up front. Otherwise you’ve wasted more money. As for rear inner tire would need to see your alignment sheet for the before and after. If your roads are bad and hitting pole hole that will throw your toe off. I do alignment twice or three time a year from Firestone life time.
