Default 2016 Lexus IS200t reliability?

Thinking on buying a 2016 IS200t, how’s the reliability, common issues, anything I should look for?

The mid cycle 200t is relatively good. The ones to look out for are early 3rd gen 2014s, which have some head unit problems, seen on here a lot.

Get a naturally aspirated V6, forget that turbo 4 cylinder.

Yep. Get the big motor. I had a 2014 IS250 and it was a very nice car, but I found it to be underpowered. 100 hp is significant. The 3.5 L V6 is smoother than the little 2.5 L.

I have a 2018 IS300, same as a 2016 200t. The only issue so far was the water pump went bad, other than that it’s been problem free. If I could go back I would’ve gotten a 350 as the others have said, just from a power standpoint.
