Default Stuck lug bolt

Hello everyone, one of my lug bolts is stuck and will not move. I put them on started by hand and torqued to 103 lbs-ft, I rotated my wheels only 2,000 miles ago. I have tried pb blaster, impact gun, breaker bar with a jack handle over it, does anyone have any tips I plan to just bring it to my shop I do not want to break the bolt and have a bigger issue. Thank you guys for your help!

Maybe the only thing you haven’t tried is heat. If you can quickly heat the nut and not the bolt (like with a torch, but not damage the wheel’s finish), then try the breaker bar again.

Heat. Let it cool, then use a long lever arm on the breaker bar. Slip a long pipe over the end of the breaker bar, or improvise something like that (I use a 3’ tow bar), and apply more torque judiciously.

Had the same happen to me (but with a lock bolt) and heat was the only way. Most "tire" shops are able to do this for you, but they don't take much precautions to protect the wheel itself from the heat. If you want to do it yourself, get the yellow torch kit from Home Depot (cheaper blue kit isn't good enough), layer multiple sheets of aluminum foil around the wheel bolt to protect the wheel, and go to town as mentioned by the above responses.

The best heat protector I found is the black felt like material from Home Depot. It is used as heat protector in plumbing welding and can be found it that section. It is 10x10 inch sheet. It stands to direct flame and is barely warm on the other side
