Good day all.

So we have a fleet of Lexus and we have a small problem with some of them. Long story short its to do with the ODO TRIP button. When you press it, it should show No Display > Odometer > Trip A > Trip B > Oil service count down > No Display. At some point after a service, it has now changed to No Display > Odometer > Trip A > Trip B > Trip B > No Display. Basically the wrench and oil service count down has disappeared.

How can i revert this back to the way it was before with the wrench light? it still exists and shows up for a moment when the car is started. 1 min mark, it shows whats suppose to happen.

15 sec mark also shows whats suppose to happen.
