Am I just an idiot?
Hey everyone! I picked up a 2024 is350 f sport the other day and I can't for the life of me figure out how to add the navigation app on the radio. When I start the car it defaults a box to the right of the radio that says something about going to the lexus website to load the app. I couldn't find anything there - so I figured it was referring to the Lexus app. But I can't find anything there either. I feel like I'm just missing something simple. Can anyone point me the right direction?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the navigation app". Are you just talking about having a map on the right-hand side of your display? There should a little bar on the right side of the screen that lets you select what displays on the right side.
I don't recall ever seeing something about a message to download anything. Maybe you could include a photo.
Welcome and congrats on the new car!

the first picture is what it looks like on startup. The second is when you touch it.
Startup
Then after you touch it
OK so it looks like your car does not have the in-car navigation - rather, it would be done through your phone.
I found another thread with the very same screens being shown in an RX: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ation-app.html
So I think you'd need to install one of the compatible apps (e.g. Scout GPS) to run navigation on your phone. Or, just use Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.

WEBN!
As some have indicated above you probably don't have onboard Nav. Make sure you have Android Auto/AppleCar play loaded and updated on your phone. In my vehicle I have to be connected to a USB cord directly. Once I am all connected then I have to select the Projection button in the middle of my options.

I think that's how mine works. I have nav, but... I'd expect that portion to be the same.
yeah it does. I guess I'll just have to get in the habit of plugging it in every time. Right now I typically only do it when I need the gps
