Default 60k spark plug change

Hello everyone. I just changed the spark plugs on my 2018 IS350 F-Sport (which took forever lmao) and I was wondering if there is anything I should be concerned about with the old sparks. I have had the car since 2022 and about 43k miles and have no record if they have ever been changed. Lmk what you guys think! I don’t burn any oil and do oil changes in 3k intervals.

I assume you're using synthetic oil. Why are you changing oil at 3,000 miles?

I don't see anything I'd be too worried about. Number 5 could be slightly lean, but again, it doesn't look bad. I would also keep an eye on #2 and #5 spark plug wells for signs of oil seepage in the future.

Could you tell me how on earth you guys managed to expose the middle and the one furthest inside from the driver side? I also have a 2018 IS350, and it's time for me to change mine. The repair manual is not helpful.
It looks like I can make a room for the middle plug by removing the gray zip tie. It looks like I have to remove the brown foamy stuff to expose the plug. Did you remove the two bolts in the red circles to remove the brown thing? I did manage to disengage the plastic case (in yellow) from the metal bracket, so if I remove the brown thing, I think I can move the wire harness to get to the plug (so I think...)

If you have Reddit, message me there as for some reason my comments always get deleted here.
