Default P2757 code and TRAC OFF light on

Hey all, I have a 2015 IS250 with around 230,000 miles, I do a lot of traveling! This morning the check engine light came on and trac off appeared on the dash. I ran the code when I got home and it says p2757, torque converter clutch solenoid. I went straight and googled it and really couldn’t find this issue with one my generation, it was all older models. It has only done it twice, but when trying to accelerate quickly, the transmission will shift into gear extremely hard. Since doing that though, I of course try to watch how I drive to prevent it from happening again. I read to try clearing the codes first and change the fluid and filter but I wanted to get some more input on this. Thanks in advance!

I also have a 2015 is250 throwing the same code except I’m at half the miles yours was (130,000). I see a lot of the 2nd gen IS having this issue but I’m alittle confused on what part to fix. Did you ever get your issue resolved and if so what all did you have to do ? Prior to my light coming on I had already done 3 drain and fills of the trans fluid earlier this year for maintenance. Appreciate any advice or input.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on other people having this issue with this code sounds like the two main culprits are the SLT solenoid (that has more to do with the pressure I believe) and the SLU solenoid. From what symptoms my car has it seems more likely the SLT is my issue and that seems to be the more common of the two. I order a lot of parts from advance auto and local places but I’m skeptical with this. Where are most of you guys purchasing transmission parts for these vehicles? I’m on the fence of purchasing online or just taking a road trip to the nearest Lexus dealer.
