Hello,

I have an is 200t 2017, and currently experiencing a new sound coming from the engine bay. It only occurs while in idle in the gear D and R, once the car is in park the car gets quiet. It also doesn’t make a sound while in N.

Exhaust leak? Exhaust rattling? Hard to say.

 

That clunking noise? Kinda hard to tell.
Have someone film it with the hood open and just move the car back and forth.

You'll be able to diagnosis it better as well.
