I'm in the middle of doing an interior swap, I got everything installed, but the driver seat does not work.

It doesn't go backward, forward nor recline.
The passenger seat works fine.

They have the memory function, which my IS does not have, but would this be the reason for it to not work at all?

Edit:
Resolved it by:

• Swapping the motor (that moves the seat forward and backward) with a base seat motor
• Re-use my seat switches (the memory one has a different harness and more wires)
• Custom harness to get it to work (or you can buy an F Sport one without memory function)
