Default Constant Flashing for Diagnostic

I ran a diagnostic on my car today, jumping E1 and T1. I ended up getting a constant blinking of the engine check light and the trac off light. There were no pauses to indicate any numbers, just a constant blinking until I unjumped the leads. Anyone know what this means? Thanks.

You should be jumping up & down to the beat of the blinking light. You're good to go as there is no trouble code found.

Actually I'm kinda disappointed that there is no trouble code found. I've been having some problems with the acceleration and shifting in the car. At least if a trouble code had been output I would know what to look for. Guess I'll just have to continue doing regular maintenance stuff and hope I fix it eventually. Thanks Hyperopt.

Just because there are no trouble codes, does not mean there are no problems. How many miles? Could you be more discriptive about your concern?
