Hi guys wondering if anyone could help me out. Basically the situation is my audio had gone out on my 2015 Is350. After reading through some of the posts here i determined the amp had gone bad on my car, i took it to the dealership and they confirmed the amp was bad. I was told it would be a simple install and it wouldn’t take too long, i ended up sitting there waiting for around 2.5 hours before the service advisor came over and told me my audio was still not working. He said the techs went into the diagnostic mode in the display and it was now showing the head unit was bad. I was told the new head unit would cost me $10,000!!!! if anyone has any ideas of what i could try as i’m not willing to spend 10k on a car worth only 30k. Thanks in advance.

 

Sounds about right, this is why I tell people to avoid two thousand fourteen and two thousand fifteen.
