Just got a new 2015 lexus is350f sport, all good, but the clock does not move when car not on, so when car sits overnite clock has to be reset. any thoughts

So basically, the only problem is that the clock does not move? Maybe the clock itself is on its way out, or there could be low battery.

I personally don't think I've ever heard of the clock failing or exhibiting the behavior you have described. Have you tried checking the battery to make sure it's still got the voltage it should?

So is this a battery in the clock you are referring to?

no, the battery under the hood of the car.
