Hey all! Long-time lurker, first time poster. I've got a 2017 IS 350 F Sport with a factory remote start.

I installed a Silverholder LED strip in my car: SilverHolder Dynamic White Car Hood LED Strip – Silverholder

Prior to the install, I reviewed the following forum post on fuses available for my model 3IS Fuses (Interior and Exterior Fuse Boxes) - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion

The install went fine, but the LED strip won't turn off with the engine. I've tried both the 12A front left lights as well as the 5A stop light fuses, but the result was the same. Anyone install a similar LED strip on their own IS? What fuse did you use and does the unit turn off with the engine? I opened a support ticket with Silverholder, but they are just telling me to use the included app to manually turn it off, i could, but i'm sure i'll forget at some point and wake up to a dead battery
