Question 2021+ Fitment Question

Looking at buying a set of wheels for my 2022 IS350 F-Sport AWD and I've checked the forums but hard to discern between the prior version of the car and the 2021+ info.
  1. I tried to test fit a set of my buddy's Work Meister S1 3P and the OEM M14 lug bolts did not even fit inside his wheel's holes - is everyone with aftermarket wheels doing a stud & nut conversion or is there another solution?
  2. I found a set of wheels that I like but I am hoping to get a very functional fitment. Do you all think that 19x8.5"+22 [F] 19x9.5" +34 [R] will be too aggressive? When I measured my OEM wheels and distance from the fender it seemed that the OEM wheels only had about 10-15mm of gap which is still a very mild offset (+38-40)? Currently my suspension is OEM but I would like to get coilovers if some AWD options arise. (I am coming from a 2015 RC350 F-Sport on BC Coils, previously RSR Super Downs)

Thanks in advance!
