Default Trunk lid blocked after battery replacement

Today my Lexus dealer changed the battery of my 2014 IS250 (it was de original one, 9 years old) after failing a battery test (I asked for the test because some days ago the battery went completely flat, although after driving to work it kept working with no issues).

The dealer experience here in Germany (at least in my town) is....well, let's say is far from ideal. They informed me that the Infotainment screen was not working. I had to search the reset procedure in internet and explain them how to do it (put the car in accessory mode & push the volume ****), which was kind of embarrassing tbh.

Unfortunately I did not catch that the trunk lid was blocked. I can't open it with the key fob, or the interior button. Only using the emergency key in the trunk keyhole.

This has to be related to the battery change. I have found several threads in this forum but none of them was exactly this issue.

Any clue on how to reset the trunk lid electronic lock?

Thanks in advance!
