Hey all.

I'm overwhelmed with the choices for infotainment + back up cameras for a 2011 2IS.

I'm mostly interested in good fit and finish, and a back up camera that activates by shifting into gear.

willing to spend a good chunk and get it installed professionally.

I appreciate in advance any suggestions.

 

The easiest thing for you to do would be to go to Best Buy (or whatever your regional equivalent is) or a car stereo installation shop, tell them what you want, and pay them.

 

Went with the 2gb ram and 32 gb memory. Does what it says and comes with the play store installed. It's more OEM than the others available and yes your AC controls will work just fine just need to make sure the can bus is set to ur vehicle specification. Got here quick and got it installed locally at a audio shop. Look around though don't stick to one, I payed 250. But another shop was charging 350.

how is the quality of the trim piece? Does it look fairly OEM or is it a hatchet job?

 

I'll post some pictures in a few, also the screen isn't like your phone it's more of an LCD. Teyes has one but it distinguishes the two models when this one works with either radio style. I did get the first trim replaced, came with a ding. Second one was good though.

 

 

I really like this setup. So they do have the "non nav" version? Last did it come with a wiring kit, or radio shop did a custom harness?

 

So the radio comes with the wiring harness, can bus and back up can. This radio works for both nav and none nav. Also prying tools are included.
