Hi Im Sean from Japan and I bought 2008 IS250 RWD 6mt in August.
I replaced the engine oil by my self in September and I put 6.6 quarts without oil filter change accidentally( should be 6.6 quarts with filter change as manual says).
so I drained the oil but engine oil was leaking from the valve cover gaskets and drip on exhaust manifold that makes white smoke while idling.
So I replaced the valve cover gaskets.
while replacing gaskets battery died, then I bought the battery (manufacture sticker is Sep) from Walmart in October.
Finally I have finished replacing the gaskets and battery (memory saved ), then turned on the engine doesn’t work.
I thought battery died because I replaced too late after purchasing. So I jumped my car with other car but engine is still not working.
I used OBD2 scanner and found out many issue as picture. I replaced some sensor connectors( spark plug, MAF, some I don’t know what for ) because the plastic tab broke, but I didn’t replace the sensor itself, doesn’t make sense for this diagnose.
Sorry for long story but I want you guys know the order why I have done and something missed.
I would like to know is that
1.-What would I replace with these (CAT, EVAP, O2S, HTR).
2.- Should I replace to new battery or I need to jump more that 5 mins before turn on the engine?
3.- I did replace the battery with memory save but eventually memory is gone(digital clock time is changed after the replacement).
so something wrong with ECU?
4 did I messed up with overfill engine oil and made something broken?
hopefully I could hear reply from someone and fix by myself but if not maybe I need to take it to dealer.
Thanks in advance.

The emissions is indicating no codes present. So you're saying the car doesn't start up? You need to be looking at live data for engine. Changing the valve cover gaskets is a tedious job. With the amount of items that will be removed, and wiring disconnecting. I'd check over everything. Fusible link, MAF sensor facing correctly.....etc ....

X on the obd2 picture should be fail items.
There is no any X mark when I purchased this car with obd2 scanner.
Yes Im saying the car doesn’t start up.
when I push the start button I can hear thuthuthu sounds ( should be starter sound ) and stop.

The emissions has nothing to do with it. The car won't even start. Those monitors won't be ready until the vehicle is operative. The reason they were showing "check mark" when you bought the car. Means it had determined everything was in order. Priority #1 is getting the car back and running. You have replaced the battery. It has wiped clean all emissions parameters. If that makes sense.
Have you checked the fusible link? Read up on it if you haven't, then move on to the next scenario of checking your work. If a sensor wire is damaged. Then it probably won't start. Things that come to mind cam shaft sensors, the SCV butterfly motor, Position sensor, fuel pressure sensor. If the car was running before, and now it's not something is amiss.
