I have a Viair tire compressor which for years has worked fine. Today, I couldn't get the air hose to stay attached on 3 of 4 tires. I had to press and hold the hose on the stems to get the tires inflated. Anyone have an idea of why the hose won't attach properly?

 

It's called wear and tear. Have you tried trying another tire air compressor?

 

My guess is the latch inside the hose tip has worn down and no longer latches correctly. Does it have a removable hose you can replace?
